About the event
Join us for a beautiful fall morning at Kenneglenn Scenic and Nature Preserve in East Aurora. Megan from One Yoga will guide you through a relaxing slow-flow yoga class designed to calm the nervous system and connect with nature. After that, Andrew Gaerte will lead you on a nature hike at the Preserve. Andrew is the Director of Development and Communication for the WNY Land Conservancy and will share more about their mission and properties.
