Outdoor Yoga at Artpark

Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, this slow flow class integrates gradual strength-building and mobility exercises. Additionally, we will explore breathing techniques and lymphatic movement/massage.

We will meet in the grassy area off of the lower parking lot at Artpark, overlooking the Niagara River.   You will have access to parking and bathrooms. There is access to a pavilion in the case of rain, so we do not plan on cancelling any classes unless the weather is severe.   

Classes are $10 - Venmo or Cash upon arrival. Credit/debit cards can be processed for an additional fee.
