Join Us for a Serene Morning at Kenneglenn Scenic and Nature Preserve.
Discover the peacefulness of nature at Kenneglenn Scenic and Nature Preserve in East Aurora, where you can enjoy the calming sounds of Hunters Creek. Andrew from the WNY Land Conservancy will lead us through the creek, pointing out the unique ecosystem that flourishes in the area. We'll take a break on the flat rocks for a slow flow yoga session with Megan, aimed at soothing the nervous system and fostering a connection with nature.
What to Bring:
Water shoes or sandals for walking in the creek. Yoga Mat Water A pack or backpack to carry your mat, etc.
Proceeds will support WNY Land Conservancy and their conservation efforts.
