Women's Healing Circle: August Theme - Boundaries

Experience movement, activities and discussion from a trauma-informed perspective.   Learn how the tools of yoga can be incorporated into your healing journey in a safe and supportive way.   Come together as a community to connect and heal.

This will be a monthly offering, with this first meeting as a general intro.   New topics and activities will be introduced monthly.   You can come as you like, as this does not have to be done as a series.

Megan is a registered yoga teacher with extensive trauma-informed training.    She will hold space and guide this circle with the education from her training and experiences in her own healing journey.    This is not a replacement for mental health counseling.
