Yoga Classes
Slow Flow Yoga with Megan
A deep, slow flowing practice allowing for mindfulness in poses and transitions. The slower pace invites you to fully explore your practice from the inside out. An excellent complement to more high intensity fitness, this class will allow the body and mind to focus on release, while preventing injury. Class concludes with a combination of relaxation, breath work and meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Join Megan for a low impact strength and stability focused class that will explore exercises influenced by Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy and Circuit Training. A strong emphasis on core activation, flexibility and increasing mobility which will provide a way to gain knowledge to inform your other movement practices. Each class will include breath work and relaxation.
Yoga mat required, bare feet encouraged.

Mat Strength with Megan
TRX with Megan
A fun class focusing on strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. Class will be a different blend of TRX, Pilates and Yoga each time. A full body workout with a strong emphasis on stabilizing the core.
